The Cabin in the Woods

Saw Joss Whedon's "The Cabin in the Woods" the other day and I have to say it was fully up to Joss Whedon's usual standard of excellence. To me the whole thing was an allegory of warfare, governments sending the brightest and best of the young people off to the battlefield. I'll bite my tongue against any further spoiler.
