Truman announced that the target was "a military base" when in reality it was city filled with civilian population including children and babies. Was he lying or was he lied to by his advisors? Does it make a difference? Does such violent power still reside in the hands of politicians who may either be liars or the puppets of liars?

Time Travel Culture

Exploring the Exebridges area of Exeter in the south west of England while thinking about time travel. Do time travellers have their own culture made from cross sections of different eras? The music on the soundtrack reflects these thoughts: a dubbed-up version of Vivaldi's "La primavera" from "The four Seasons". The video was made in December but global warming made it seem like spring.
