Blockworld

A movie about bodyshape, fat and thin, personal identity and dreams.
The dream of flying, the dream of shapechanging, tropes of fantasy and personal myth addressing issues of dissatisfaction with our material being.
The title comes from a series of freeform poems I've written from the 1980s up to the present day. "Blockworld", "Blockland", "The Land of Block" are all from the writings which were inspired by experiencing "writers' block" or a reasonable facsimile thereof. Remember: "The Block can flow!"
Made with Bryce 5.5. The models are Victoria 4 exported from Daz Studio. The text was animated in Particle Illusion. The soundtrack was made in VSThost and Hammerhead. The whole thing was put together in Debugmode Wax, Debugmode Frameserver and Windows Movie Maker.
